These terms govern your use of AID60, operated by Halorex Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 17007008, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or activating a device, you agree to them. Questions: contact@halorex.com.

What AID60 is — and is not

  • AID60 is an emergency identification and communication tool.
  • It does not replace emergency services, professional medical care or official medical records.
  • Information shown is supplied and maintained by the profile owner or an authorised manager; AID60 does not verify it and gives no medical advice.
  • AID60 makes no clinical, NHS or regulatory approval claims and cannot guarantee any medical outcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your information accurate and up to date.
  • You control what is publicly visible on your profile.
  • Obtain permission before listing someone as an emergency contact.
  • Only create or manage a profile for another person (for example a child, elderly relative or person in your care) if you are authorised to do so and to make the selected information public.
  • Do not create fraudulent, unlawful or abusive profiles.

Devices, loss and replacement

  • Each device has a unique Device ID and a private, one-time activation code — keep the code secret.
  • If a device is lost or disabled, its public profile stops showing information until you re-enable it.
  • Report lost devices from your dashboard; a lost or replaced device is not automatically claimable by anyone else.
  • Physical possession of a device does not override account security or ownership.

Availability

Internet connectivity, QR scanning, NFC, phones and physical devices may not always be available or work in every situation. AID60 cannot guarantee that a profile can always be scanned or accessed, or that any particular emergency response will follow.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, AID60 is provided "as is" and we are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information, unavailability of the service, or the actions of third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
